What I do
Welcome. I’m Lorien, an Emotional Wellbeing Coach. I help children & parents, teens and adults understand emotions like anxiety, anger or stress, and build confidence and resilience. My approach blends therapeutic techniques with practical emotional regulation strategies to support lasting change and prevent difficulties from escalating.

I believe that recognising what we’re feeling — and understanding why — is often the key to managing our emotions more effectively.

Many therapists and counsellors offer valuable support by helping people explore past experiences, process difficult feelings, and understand long-standing patterns of behaviour. This reflective work can be incredibly helpful — and it’s something I offer too.

My work also looks a step further.

Using the Ollie Model of Transformative Coaching, I help clients understand the emotions driving their behaviour. With gentle, playful, age-appropriate techniques, we look beyond anxiety, anger, overwhelm or low confidence to discover what’s really going on beneath.

Once those emotions make sense, change becomes easier. Clients use practical coping tools to strengthen their resilience — at home, school, work or in relationships — helping prevent small challenges becoming bigger ones.

Sessions are relaxed, supportive and collaborative, creating a safe space for children and adults to feel understood, better equipped and more confident in handling everyday life.
