Who I work with

Children & Families

​Sometimes it's frustrating to be a parent watching your child struggle with big emotions and not know how to help. To be doing your best, but feeling like you are failing. I help children understand their emotions in a way that feels safe and playful. I also equip parents to better support their families and feel more compassionate towards themselves.  

Teenagers & Young Adults

Life as a teenager or young adult can feel like too much at times, with so much change, pressure, and uncertainty. I offer a thoughtful and supportive space to calmly make sense of it all and find simple, practical tools to help things feel more manageable.

Adults

Sometimes we reach a point where we know something needs to shift, but we’re not sure how. I help adults gently uncover what's holding them back—whether it's burnout, anxious feelings, or old emotional patterns—and support them to move forward with more clarity, confidence and self-compassion.

My Approach

I am an Ollie Coach, trained under the Ollie Model of Transformative Coaching. Ollie Coaching is based on the principle that all behaviour is driven by a root emotion. It is a mix of supportive therapeutic techniques and strengths-based resilience coaching.

 

I’m passionate about giving people simple ways to make sense of big emotions and believe half the battle is recognising what we’re feeling and why. Using gentle and playful techniques, I help clients identify the emotion behind their behaviour. Once we know what’s going on, I support them with tools to tap into their inner strengths and find resources to solve emotional challenges in the future.

 

My sessions are informal and relaxed. I’m here to understand what’s going on for you or your child, listening without judgement and responding with thoughtfulness and care.
