About me

For over 20 years, I worked in international, youth and community development, an experience that shaped my belief in people’s ability to grow, adapt, and find their own way forward — even in difficult times.

My journey into emotional wellbeing began at home. When my daughter struggled with anxiety and my son began experiencing big teenage emotions, I felt helpless and unsure how to support them. Around me, I noticed other families going through similar struggles — overwhelmed parents feeling they were failing their children, and children feeling sad, anxious, angry, unseen, and misunderstood.

Everything shifted when I discovered Ollie and his Superpowers — a gentle, playful approach that helped me and my family understand what was really going on beneath the surface. Inspired by its impact, I trained as an Emotional Wellbeing Coach and now bring together professional insight, lived experience, and practical tools to support children and parents, teenagers, and adults to understand their emotions, build emotional resilience, and move forward with greater confidence and ease.
I live near Dublin, Ireland, with my husband, two children, and a Bernese Mountain Dog. I enjoy hiking, yoga, foreign travel, and enthusiastically starting (but rarely finishing) 30-day fitness challenges.
