About me

Hi, I’m Lorien – an Emotional Wellbeing Coach who blends practical experience with a caring, down‑to‑earth style to help families feel understood and more confident in handling life’s emotional challenges.
For many years, I managed international, youth-focussed and community development projects. Those experiences reinforced my belief that people have the capacity to grow, adapt, and find their own way forward, even in difficult times.

My own family’s struggle with anxiety and teenage overwhelm opened my eyes to how many parents feel isolated, powerless, and unsure how to support their children. Seeking help, I discovered the Ollie Model of Transformative Coaching — a research‑backed, play‑based framework that uncovers the emotions driving behaviour.

Inspired, I trained as an Emotional Wellbeing Coach and am now a certified Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner, Breathwork Coach and Ollie Coach. Today I blend my practical experience and lived understanding with a toolbox of proven techniques to help children, parents, teens, and adults gain emotional clarity, build resilient habits, and move forward with confidence.
I live near Dublin, Ireland, with my husband, two children and a Bernese Mountain Dog. I enjoy hiking, yoga, foreign travel and enthusiastically starting (but rarely finishing) 30-day fitness challenges.
