One to one sessions are for anyone who needs support to understand and manage their big emotions.
I work with children experiencing anxiety, anger, sadness or frustration. I work with parents looking for tools to better support their children, and with adults who are overwhelmed or stuck themselves.
These sessions provide a safe, calm space to explore what’s really going on. Together, we’ll uncover emotional patterns and build confidence, regulation skills, and inner calm.
