Group Programmes for Kids & Teens
These preventative Emotional Resilience programmes are designed to help children understand and manage their "big emotions" before they escalate into anxiety, anger, or overwhelm in their teenage years.
While schools deliver valuable work in the Irish Primary Emotional Wellbeing Curriculum, many children need more time and practice to truly master these skills. My courses build on that foundation, taking concepts deeper with personalised attention and a safe space to apply what they've learned.
Stronger Inside: Master Your Feelings for ages 9-11 (4th-5th class)
Next Steps: Navigate New Challenges for ages 11-13 (6th-7th class)
To ensure all children have the support and focus needed, groups are run at a maximum of 8.
The programmes can be organised as after-school clubs for 6-15 week blocks or for private groups.

Depending on the age and requirements of the group, sessions cover emotional awareness, understanding different perspectives, managing worries, coping strategies, how to handle peer pressure, building confidence and self-esteem, empathy and social skills. Sessions are interactive and designed to be fun and safe.
Does my child need to have a specific issue to join?
Not at all. These courses are for all children to build emotional awareness, confidence and coping skills — it’s a great preventative and supportive space.
