One-to-One Coaching
My one-to-one sessions provide a calm and supportive space, for children or adults, to explore what’s really going on. Together, we identify the emotions driving unhelpful patterns and use simple, strengths-based tools to build resilience, confidence, and a greater sense of control. Sessions are informal, relaxed, and tailored to you or your child’s needs.

Group Programmes for Kids & Teens
Not every young person needs one-to-one support, but many still benefit from a safe space to grow. My group programmes help children and teenagers build emotional resilience while having fun and connecting with others. We focus on confidence, social skills, teamwork, empathy, and managing worries—giving young people tools to feel more capable and supported in everyday life.

Breathwork
Breathwork is a simple yet powerful way to calm the mind and body. By focusing on your breathing, you can ease stress and anxiety, improve sleep and focus, and restore a sense of balance. As a certified Level One Breathwork Instructor, I guide individuals and groups through accessible practices that you can take away and easily use anytime to feel calmer, clearer, and more connected.
