Welcome. I’m Lorien, an Emotional Wellbeing Coach. I help children & parents, teens and adults to better understand emotions like anxiety, anger or stress, and build confidence and emotional resilience. My approach blends therapeutic techniques with practical, emotional regulation strategies to support long lasting change.

I’m passionate about giving people simple ways to make sense of big emotions and believe that half the battle is recognising what we’re feeling and why. Every client is unique, so my sessions are tailored to meet you exactly where you are.

My approach combines supportive therapeutic techniques with strengths-based resilience coaching. I use the Ollie Model of Transformative Coaching, which is built on the understanding that all behaviour is driven by a root emotion.

Through gentle, playful techniques, I help clients identify the emotions behind their behaviour. Once we understand what’s going on, I support them with tools to draw on their inner strengths and build the confidence to handle everyday emotional challenges.

My sessions are informal and relaxed. I’m here to understand what’s happening for you or your child, listening without judgement and responding with thoughtfulness and care.

Interactive, age-appropriate emotional resilience workshops for children and teens. Build emotional awareness, coping skills and confidence.

Breathwork Therapy
Guided breathwork sessions to reduce stress and bring the nervous system back into balance. Available in-person and online for individuals or groups.
